Invitation
Someone has invited you to a Biojrnl profile.
A person who keeps a health record in Biojrnl has asked you to see, or help with, one of their profiles. The invitation opens inside the app, on the phone it is installed on.
If Biojrnl is already on this phone
Open the link from your invitation email on that phone and it opens in the app, under your invitations. If it is not showing there, the same email carries an eight-character invite code: sign in, open your invitations and enter it under Have an invite code?
If you do not have the app yet
Biojrnl is free to install. A guest needs no subscription. If you were invited as a co-manager, accepting needs a Family or Care plan of your own, because a co-manager works inside that profile with full access. Install it, create an account or sign in, then open the link from your email again or enter the code.
Before you accept
The app shows you exactly which parts of the profile you have been given and for how long, and you can decline. The person who invited you can withdraw your access at any time. How sharing works, and what a guest can and cannot see, is set out on our privacy page.
If you were not expecting an invitation, you can ignore it. Nothing is shared with you until you accept. Questions go to [email protected].
